Refunds and Returns

We want you — and your pets — to be completely happy with your purchase!  If something isn’t right or you need to make a return, we're here to help.  Below you’ll find everything you need to know about canceling an order, returning an item, or requesting a refund.  As always, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out through our Contact Us form — we’re happy to assist!

Cancellations

Changed your mind?  No problem — we're here to help! Orders are processed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time on business days. To cancel your order, please fill out our Contact Us form with your order number, name, and address. As long as we receive your request before 6:00 PM ET on the same business day, we’ll be able to cancel it for you. After that time, your order may already be in process and unable to be canceled.

Defective Items

Received a defective product?  Oh no!  We'll fix that.  If your product is incorrect, defective or damaged, fill out our Contact Us form within 30 days of placing the order to let us know what happened.  

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  We will email instructions for shipping the product back to us.  You are responsible for shipping costs. 

We do not accept returns of used products.  If you are not sure if this applies to your item, Contact Us to ask.  

Once we receive your item, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.

Buyer Remorse

If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, great news!  You can still return it within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price less shipping.

Excludes special orders, clearance items, or measured-to-custom size products.  A 25% restocking fee applies on seasonal items.

Fill out the Contact Us form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  We will email instructions for shipping the product back to us. Product must be in original condition and packaging.  You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.
